2, when used normally, we should pay attention to checking the connection points of threads, bolts, and so on. Because these places loose will cause hydraulic cylinder leakage.

3, lubricate the joints frequently to prevent rust or abnormal wear in the absence of oil. Especially for some corrosion parts, they should be treated in time to avoid the leakage of hydraulic cylinders caused by rust.

4, regular maintenance, the regular replacement of hydraulic oil, timely cleaning system filter, to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, which is also a very important role in prolonging the life of hydraulic cylinders.
5, in the ordinary work, pay attention to control the system temperature, because the high oil temperature will reduce the life of the seal, and long oil temperature will cause permanent deformation of the seal, the serious will make the seal failure.
6, we usually carry out the full stretch and shrink test run 3-5 times after each use. The purpose of doing this is to exhaust air in the system and preheat the systems, thus effectively avoiding the existence of air or water in the system, causing gas explosion in the cylinder block, which will damage the seal and cause the leakage in the cylinder.
